12. The rights of the individual in the registry
The individual registered in the service has the right to check which information is stored regarding him or her. A written and signed request should be sent to the registry holder in such case.
This right to check stored information is free of charge when performed a maximum one time per year.
The individual registered in the service has the right to demand removal or rectification of false or outdated information or the transfer of information to another service. The individual also has the right to limit or object the processing of his or her information in accordance with the EU privacy act articles 18 and 21.
The individual has the right to cancel a previously given consent to information processing or to make a complaint about the processing of his or her information to the authorities.
The individual has the right to forbid the use of his or her information for direct marketing purposes.
